desihalalgrocery.com is our website where you can conveniently order any of our products sold at our physical store.

Do I need to create an account to use desihalalgrocery.com?

You do not need an account to browse the products or build your shopping cart. But an account is required to place an order.

How are the online orders fulfilled?

You can either choose to "Pick Up" your order at our store or have it “Delivered”.

Can I choose "Pick Up" or Delivery time?

Absolutely! You choose Pick Up or Delivery Time of your preference before placing an order add the time in the order comment.

Do you offer Same Day Delivery or "Pick Up"?

Yes, we do! For same day deliveries, orders must be placed before 5pm. Orders submitted after 6pm will be delivered the next business day.

For pickup, orders will be ready within 2 hour after purchase. Store hours 9am – 10pm Monday – Sunday.

Is there any Cut-Off time for the Same Day "Pick Up"?

No specific Cut-Off time for the Same Day pick up orders.

Is there any minimum to place an order?

No minimum for "Pick Up" orders, $100 minimum order is required for Delivery orders. For your convenience, this information is always displayed during the Checkout before placing an order.

Is there any fee for Pick Up?

No fee for Pick Up. Just place an order and stop by our store at your "Pick Up" time.

Is there any minimum order for Free Delivery?

Yes, a minimum order of $100 is required for Free Delivery. We only delivery to surrounding areas 10 miles distance max. We can apply an additional fee of $25.00 for delivery more than 10 miles.

How much is the Delivery Fee if my order doesn’t meet minimum?

For the delivery orders below $100, a fee of $25.00 is assessed. No Fee for Pick Up ever. For your convenience, this information is displayed during the Checkout before placing an order.

What if an item I ordered is not available?

It happens in rare situations! Our store representative will contact you to get a replacement input. You can always ask us to remove the item that is unavailable.

What is your return policy?

Only perishable products can be returned if quality doesn’t meet you expectations. All the claims must be made within 24 hours of "Pick Up" or Delivery time.

NO returns for fresh produce, meat or frozen fish

Can I make changes to the order once it is placed?

All the requests for changes must be made before the order is Picked Up or is out for Delivery. After that, no changes can be made to the order.
